Removal Procedure
Front Compartment Side Sight Shield(2) - Remove - Front Compartment Side Sight Shield Replacement (without Blackwing) , or Front Compartment Side Sight Shield Replacement (with Blackwing)
- Air Inlet Grille Panel Extension - Left Side - Remove - Air Inlet Grille Panel Extension Replacement - Left Side
- Air Inlet Grille Panel Extension - Right Side - Remove - Air Inlet Grille Panel Extension Replacement - Right Side , or Air Inlet Grille Panel Extension Replacement - Right Side (Blackwing)
- Front Wheelhouse Liner - Remove - Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement , or Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement (Blackwing)
- Remove the appropriate front fender insulator :
- For left side, refer to Front Fender Insulator Replacement - Left Side .
- For right side, refer to Front Fender Insulator Replacement - Right Side .
Using the appropriate tool, release the foam insulation on the front compartment side rail baffle (1) from the fender.
Front Bumper Fascia(1) - Remove - Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (without Blackwing) , or Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (with Blackwing)
Front Bumper Fascia Guide(3) - Remove - Front Bumper Fascia Guide Replacement
Rocker Panel Molding(1) - Remove - Rocker Panel Molding Replacement , or Rocker Panel Molding Replacement (Blackwing)
Front Fender Bolt(1) - Remove [5x]
- Front Fender Nut(2) - Remove
- NOTE:
Place protective covering over windshield at top rear bolt to prevent windshield breakage.
Front Fender Bolt(1) - Loosen
- Front Fender Bolt(2) - Remove [2x]
- Headlamp Bolt(3) - Remove - Front Headlamp Replacement (With T87) , or Front Headlamp Replacement (Without T87) , or Front Headlamp Replacement (Blackwing)
Front Fender(1) - Remove
- Transfer components as necessary.
