Removal Procedure

- Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Tube - Remove - Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Tube Replacement
Air Conditioning Compressor Clutch Drive Plate (1) - Remove - Air Conditioning Clutch Drive Plate Adjustment (LSY)
- Accessory Drive Primary Belt @ Air Conditioning Compressor - Remove - Accessory Drive Primary Belt Replacement
Disconnect the electrical connector.
- Air Conditioning Compressor Bracket Bolt (1) - Remove
Air Conditioning Compressor Pulley Bearing Retaining Ring (1) - Remove
- Air Conditioning Compressor Pulley (2) - Remove
- Air Conditioning Clutch Coil Retaining Ring (3) - Remove
- Air Conditioning Compressor Clutch Coil (4) - Remove
