Installation Procedure

    When installing the windshield washer pump grommet (2), use full strength windshield washer fluid as a lubricant on the grommet.

  2. Push the windshield washer pump grommet (2) into the windshield washer solvent container until fully seated.
  3. Windshield Washer Pump (1) - Install

    Windshield Washer Solvent Container (2) - Install

    5. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  5. Windshield Washer Solvent Container Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Windshield Washer Pump Hose (2) - Connect

  7. Install the windshield washer solvent container wiring harness retainers (1).
  8. Connect the electrical connectors.

    Front Wheelhouse Liner - Right Side (3) - Install

    10. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution

  10. Front Wheelhouse Liner Bolt - Right Side (2) - Install and tighten [9x] - Fastener Specifications
  11. Front Wheelhouse Liner Retainer - Right Side (1) - Install [3x]

    Front Bumper Fascia Air Deflector - Right Side - Outer (2) - Install

  13. Front Bumper Fascia Air Deflector Bolt - Right Side (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications

    NOTE:

    Rocker Panel Protector - Right Side (2) - Install

  15. Front Wheelhouse Liner Bolt - Right Side (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications

    NOTE:
    • Quantity of fasteners may vary based on option content.
      • NOTE:

      Left side shown, right side similar.

    Engine Front Splash Shield - Right Side (3) - Install

  17. Engine Front Splash Shield Bolt - Right Side (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications
  18. Engine Front Splash Shield Retainer - Right Side (2) - Install
  19. Engine Front Splash Shield Retainer - Right Side (2) - Install
  20. Install the right front tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation

    Lubricate the end of the windshield washer solvent container filler tube (2) with full strength windshield washer fluid.

  22. While twisting, push the windshield washer solvent container filler tube (2) into the windshield washer solvent container grommet until fully seated.
  23. Windshield Washer Solvent Container Filler Tube Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications 
  24. Remove the drain pan.
  25. Refill the windshield washer solvent container
