Installation Procedure

    Front Bumper Energy Absorber- Left Side (1) Install

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Front Bumper Fascia Energy Absorber Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications 

  3. Front Compartment Front Panel Bolt (3) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications

    Front Compartment Front Panel Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications

  5. Front Bumper Fascia Energy Absorber Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications

    NOTE:

    Charge Air Cooler Bracket Bolt (1) - Install [2x]

  7. Charge Air Cooler Bracket (2) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Connect the transmission control module electrical connector. (3)

  9. Battery Negative Cable Ground (2) Install
  10. Battery Negative Cable Ground Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Engine Control Module Bracket (3) - Install

  12. Engine Control Module Bracket Nut (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
  13. Engine Control Module Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
  14. Air Conditioning Refrigerant Heat Exchanger Clip - Install

    Body Wiring Harness Fuse Block Bracket (2) - Install

  16. Body Wiring Harness Fuse Block Bracket Bolt (1) Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Front Bumper Impact Bar (2) - Install

  18. Front Bumper Impact Bar Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [8x] - Fastener Specifications 
  19. Install the wiring harness and baffle retainers.

    Front End Sheet Metal Cross Brace (2) - Install

  21. Front End Sheet Metal Cross Brace Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Front Bumper Fascia Support Brace (2) - Install

  23. Front Bumper Fascia Support Brace Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Front Bumper Shutter Replacement

    Horn (2) - Install [2x]

  25. Horn Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    NOTE:

    The front bumper fascia will rest in place by guides on the center support upper structure.

    With the aid of an assistant, install the fascia. (1) -

    Front Bumper Fascia Center Air Deflector Screw (1) - Install and tighten [9x] - Fastener Specifications 

  28. Front Bumper Fascia Center Air Deflector Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [5x] - Fastener Specifications 
  29. Front Bumper Fascia Center Air Deflector Retainer (3) - Install [2x]

    Install the left side of the front bumper fascia (1) to the front bumper fascia guide (2) and the front headlamp (3).

    Connect the electrical connector.

    Install the right side of the front bumper fascia (1) to the front bumper fascia guide (2) and the front headlamp (3).

    Front Bumper Fascia Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [6x] - Fastener Specifications 

  34. Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle

    Install and tighten the left side upper front bumper fascia bolt (2). Fastener Specifications

    Install and tighten the right side upper front bumper fascia bolt (2). Fastener Specifications 

  37. Front Wheelhouse Liner (1) - Install

    Front Bumper Fascia Bolt- Right Side (3) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Install the left front wheelhouse liners (3).

  40. Front Wheelhouse Liner Retainer (2) - Install [4x]
  41. Front Wheelhouse Liner Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [7x] - Fastener Specifications

    Front Bumper Fascia Air Deflector Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications 

  43. Front Bumper Fascia Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Engine Front Splash Shield (3) - Install

  45. Engine Front Splash Shield Retainer (2) - Install [2x]
  46. Engine Front Splash Shield Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [5x] - Fastener Specifications

    Front Tire Front Air Deflector (2) - Install

  48. Front Tire Front Air Deflector Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications
  49. Install the tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation
  50. Connect the negative battery cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
