Installation Procedure

  1. GM5399164

    Intake Air Duct (1) - Install

  2. GM5422178

    Radiator Air Front Upper Baffle (1) - Install

  3. GM5422177

    Radiator Air Upper Baffle Retainer (2) - Install [4x]

  4. Radiator Air Upper Baffle Retainer- Side (1) - Install [2x]
  5. GM5422176

    Hood Primary and Secondary Latch (1) - Install

  6. GM5408636
    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Front Bumper Fascia Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [6x] - Fastener Specifications

  7. GM5422172

    Align the hood primary and secondary latch (1) with the marks made during removal.

  8. Hood Primary and Secondary Latch Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
  9. Adjust the hood primary and secondary latch (1) if necessary.
