Installation Procedure

  1. GM5311573

    Evaporative Emission Canister (1) - Install

  2. GM5311572

    Evaporative Emission Canister Air Inlet Hose (3) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 

  3. Fuel Tank Vent Hose (2) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  4. Evaporative Emission Canister Purge Hose (1) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  5. Connect the electrical connector.
  6. GM5395767

    Rear Wheelhouse Liner (5) - Install

  7. Rear Wheelhouse Liner Retainer (3) - Install [2x]
  8. Rear Wheelhouse Liner Retainer (1) - Install
    9. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  10. Rear Bumper Fascia Screw (4) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
  11. Rear Wheelhouse Liner Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [8x] - Fastener Specifications
  12. GM5395705

    Rear Tire Front Air Deflector (2) - Install

  13. Rear Tire Front Air Deflector Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
  14. Lower the vehicle.
  15. Fill the fuel tank.
