Installation Procedure

  1. GM5403391

    Fuel Tank Vent Hose (1) - Install

  2. Fuel Tank Vent Hose (1) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  3. GM5403390

    Fuel Tank Vent Hose (3) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 

  4. Retainer (2) - Install [2x]
  5. Tie Strap (1) - Install NEW [5x]
  6. GM5395767

    Rear Wheelhouse Liner (5) - Install

  7. Rear Wheelhouse Liner Retainer (3) - Install [2x]
  8. Rear Wheelhouse Liner Retainer (1) - Install
    9. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution

  9. Rear Bumper Fascia Screw (4) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
  10. Rear Wheelhouse Liner Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [8x] - Fastener Specifications
  11. GM5395705

    Rear Tire Front Air Deflector (2) - Install

  12. Rear Tire Front Air Deflector Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
  13. Install the right rear tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation
  14. Lower the vehicle.
