Installation Procedure

Maneuver the rear brake crossover pipe (1) into the left side of vehicle through the gap between the rear subframe and body.
Remove the plug from the rear brake hose inlet.
- Rear Brake Pipe Nut (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
- Rear Brake Pipe Clip (3) - Install
- Rear Brake Pipe Clip (2) - Install
Remove the cap from the rear brake pipe union.
- Rear Brake Pipe Nut (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
- Rear Brake Pipe Clip (1) - Install
Fuel Tank Filler Pipe (1) - Install
Evaporative Emission Canister Purge Hose (7) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
- Fuel Tank Vent Hose (6) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
- Fuel Tank Filler Evaporative Emission Valve Hose (5) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
- Fuel Tank Filler Hose (3) @ Fuel Tank Filler Pipe (4) - Install
- Fuel Tank Filler Hose Clamp (2) - Tighten - Fastener Specifications
- Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Ground Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Ground Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
Evaporative Emission Canister Purge Hose (3) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
- Fuel Tank Vent Hose (2) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
- Evaporative Emission Canister Air Inlet Hose (1) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
- Rear Wheelhouse Liner- Left Side and Right Side - Install [2x] - Rear Wheelhouse Liner Replacement
- Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
- Bleed the brake system. Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (JE5, J6G) , or Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (J55)
- Fill the fuel tank.
- Inspect for fuel leaks.
