Installation Procedure

Install the charge air cooler (2) to the charge air cooler bracket (3).
Charge Air Cooler Bracket- Upper (1) - Install
CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution

Auxiliary Radiator Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
Auxiliary Radiator Bracket Nut (2) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
Radiator Upper Insulator (3) - Install [2x]
Install the left side charge air cooler assembly (1) to the vehicle.
Charge Air Cooler Bracket Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications
Charge Air Cooler Upper Bracket Nut (1) - Tighten - Fastener Specifications
Install the retainer (1) into the auxiliary water pump outlet upper hose connector.
Install the auxiliary water pump outlet upper hose (2) to the left side charge air cooler ensuring that the retainer (1) is fully engaged.
Radiator Outlet Hose Clip (3) - Install
Install the retainer (1) into the auxiliary radiator outlet hose connector.
Install the auxiliary radiator outlet hose (2) to the left side charge air cooler ensuring that the retainer (1) is fully engaged.
Auxiliary Radiator Front Duct- Left Side (1) - Install
Front Bumper Impact Bar (2) - Install
Front Bumper Impact Bar Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [8x] - Fastener Specifications
Install the wiring harness.
NOTE:

Horn- Left Side and Right Side (2) - Install [2x]
Horn Bolt- Left Side and Right Side (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
NOTE:
Left side shown, right side similar.

Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Bracket Bolt- Left Side and Right Side (2) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
Auxiliary Radiator Front Inlet Duct- Left Side and Right Side (1) - Install [2x]
{ If equipped } Forward Range Radar Bracket (2) - Install
1. Forward Range Radar Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications
2. Connect the electrical connector.
Auxiliary Radiator Duct Retainer- Left Side (1) - Install [2x]
Auxiliary Radiator Duct Retainer- Left Side (1) - Install [3x]
Front Bumper Fascia (1) - Install - Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation (without Blackwing) , or Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation (with Blackwing) , or Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation (with Blackwing CFV, CFZ)
Auxiliary Radiator Rear Duct- Left Side (1) - Install
Auxiliary Radiator Duct Retainer- Left Side (1) - Install [3x]
Front Wheelhouse Liner- Left Side (3) - Move into position
Front Wheelhouse Liner Retainer- Left Side (2) - Install
Front Wheelhouse Liner Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications
NOTE:
- Quantity of fasteners may vary based on option content.
- Some components not shown for graphic clarity.
Engine Front Splash Shield- Left Side (3) - Install
Engine Front Splash Shield Bolt- Left Side (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications
Engine Front Splash Shield Retainer- Left Side (2) - Install
Install the left front tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation
Front Bumper Fascia Air Deflector- Outer (2) - Install
Front Bumper Fascia Air Deflector Bolt- Left Side (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications
Front Bumper Fascia Lower Reinforcement- Left Side (2) - Install
Front Bumper Fascia Air Deflector Bolt- Left Side (1) - Install and tighten [6x] - Fastener Specifications
Front Bumper Fascia Air Deflector Bolt- Left Side (3) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications
Front Bumper Fascia Lower Stiffener Bolt- Left Side (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
Front Bumper Fascia Bolt- Left Side (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications [6x]
Lower the vehicle.
Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Charge Air Cooling System Draining and Filling
Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
Perform the forward range radar sensor module learn. Radar Sensor Module - Long Range Learn
