Removal Procedure

Front Wheelhouse Liner Bolt- Left Side and Right Side (1) - Remove [4x]
Front Compartment Air Deflector Retainer- Left Side and Right Side (2) - Remove [2x]
Front Bumper Fascia Lower Stiffener Bolt- Left Side and Right Side (3) - Remove [6x]

Front Compartment Air Deflector- Left Side and Right Side (1) - Remove [2x]

Front Bumper Fascia Air Deflector Bolt (1) - Remove [4x]
Front Bumper Fascia Air Deflector Retainer (2) - Remove
Support the front cradle shear plate using a suitable jack.

Front Cradle Shear Plate Bolt (1) - Remove [4x]
Front Cradle Shear Plate Nut (2) - Remove [2x]
Front Crossmember Brace Bolt (3) - Remove [8x]

Front Wheelhouse Liner Bolt (1) - Remove [2x]

Position the left and right side wheelhouse liners (1) away from the front cradle sheer plate (2).
Remove the front cradle sheer plate (2) from between the front bumper fascia center air deflector and the driveline and front suspension cradle and lower it from the vehicle.

Disconnect the electrical connector.
Air Conditioning Refrigerant Pressure Sensor (1) - Remove
Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose Seal (2) - Remove and DISCARD

CAUTION:
Refer to Air Conditioning Sealing Washers Oil or Lubricant Exposure Caution .

Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose Seal (2) - Install NEW

CAUTION:

Refer to Component Fastener Tightening Caution .

Air Conditioning Refrigerant Pressure Sensor (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
Connect the electrical connector.

Install the front cradle sheer plate (2) between the front bumper fascia center air deflector and the driveline and front suspension cradle and raise into position.
Ensure that the left and right side wheelhouse liners (1) are positioned in place under the front cradle sheer plate (2).

CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .

Front Wheelhouse Liner Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

Front Crossmember Brace Bolt (3) - Install and tighten [8x] - Fastener Specifications
Front Cradle Shear Plate Nut (2) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
Front Cradle Shear Plate Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications
Remove the jack.

Front Wheelhouse Liner Bolt- Left Side and Right Side (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications
Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
