Installation Procedure

    Air Conditioning Condenser Bracket (3) - Install [2x]

  2. Radiator Air Side Baffle (2) - Install [2x]
  3. Radiator Air Seal Retainer (1) - Install [2x]

    Install air conditioning condenser brackets (2) onto the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler (1).

  5. Install the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler (1) with the air conditioning condenser brackets (2) into the engine compartment.

    Retainer (1) - Install

  7. Raise the vehicle.

    Radiator Air Seal Retainer (1) - Install

    Radiator Air Seal Retainer (1) - Remove

    Front Bumper Fascia Center Air Deflector (1) - Install

    Quantity of fasteners may vary based on option content.

    Front Bumper Fascia Center Air Deflector Retainer (3) - Install [2x]

  12. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  13. Front Bumper Fascia Center Air Deflector Bolt (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
  14. Front Bumper Fascia Center Air Deflector Screw (1) - Install and tighten [6x] - Fastener Specifications

    Front Bumper Fascia Center Air Deflector Screw (1) - Install and tighten [3x]

    Front Bumper Fascia Center Air Deflector Screw (1) - Install and tighten [10x] - Fastener Specifications

  17. Lower the vehicle.

    Air Conditioning Condenser Bracket Bolt- Left Side (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Air Conditioning Condenser Bracket Bolt- Right Side (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Install the air conditioning condenser (1) back into the engine compartment by tilting the left and right side radiator air side baffles outward maneuvering condenser past the baffles.

    Air Conditioning Condenser Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Radiator Air Seal Retainer (2) - Install [2x]

    Radiator Air Seal Retainer (1) - Install [2x]

    Air Conditioning Condenser Hose Seal (2) - Install NEW

  26. Air Conditioning Refrigerant Heat Exchanger (1) @ Air Conditioning Condenser - Install

    Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose Seal (2) - Install NEW

  28. Air Conditioning Evaporative Connector Hose/Tube and Compressor Hose (1) @ Air Conditioning Condenser - Install

    Air Conditioning Condenser Tube Clip (2) - Install

  30. Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Nut (1) @ Air Conditioning Condenser - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    NOTE:

    Some components not shown for graphic clarity.

    Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

  32. Remove the caps from the fittings and plugs from the holes before installing the transmission fluid cooler pipes.

    Transmission Fluid Cooler Seal (1) - Install NEW

    Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe (2) @ Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler - Install

  35. Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Nut (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Install the air cleaner (1) and air cleaner outlet duct (2) as an assembly.

    Air Cleaner Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

  38. Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Clamp (2) - Tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Positive Crankcase Ventilation Tube (3) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

  40. Evaporative Emission Canister Purge Tube (2) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

    Connect the electrical connectors. (1) [2x]

  42. Connect the wiring harnesses retainers (2) at the air cleaner assembly.

    Radiator Upper Bracket - Left Side (2) - Install

  44. Radiator Upper Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Radiator Upper Bracket - Right Side (3) - Install

  46. Radiator Upper Bracket Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
  47. Retainer (1) - Install

    Radiator Air Upper Baffle (2) - Install

  49. Radiator Air Upper Deflector Retainer (1) - Install [7x]
  50. Recharge the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging 
  51. Inspect for refrigerant leaks.
  52. Fill and inspect the transmission fluid level. Transmission Fluid Level and Condition Check
  53. Inspect for transmission fluid leaks.
