Installation Procedure

Charge Air Cooler Housing Gasket (5) - Install NEW
- Charge Air Cooler Cover (4) - Install
- Charge Air Cooler Cover Bolt (3) - Install and hand tighten [7x]
- Charge Air Cooler Cover Bolt (2) - Install and hand tighten [6x]
- Charge Air Cooler Cover Bolt (1) - Install and hand tighten [7x]

CAUTION:Charge Air Cooler Cover Bolt (1-20) - Tighten in sequence [20x] 10 N.m (89 lb in)
- Tighten charge air cooler cover bolts 1-8 a final pass in sequence to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
- Attach wiring harness retainers where necessary.
- Fuel Feed Front Hose - Install - Fuel Feed Front Hose Replacement
- Intake Manifold Cover Insulator - Install - Intake Manifold Cover Insulator Replacement
- Install the upper front end sheet metal cross brace. Front End Sheet Metal Cross Brace Replacement - Upper (Blackwing)
- Intake Manifold Cover - Install - Intake Manifold Cover Replacement
