Removal Procedure

- Remove the left rear compartment side trim. Rear Compartment Side Trim Replacement - Left Side
- Remove the right rear compartment side trim. Rear Compartment Side Trim Replacement - Right Side
Rear Compartment Lid(2) - Remove - Rear Compartment Lid Replacement
Rear Compartment Lid Hinge Spring(1) - Remove - Rear Compartment Lid Hinge Spring Replacement
Rear Compartment Lid Strut(1) - Remove - Rear Compartment Lid Strut Replacement
- Rear Window Panel Trim - Remove - Rear Window Panel Trim Replacement
- Remove 2 of the 3 rear compartment lid hinge bolts (1).
Remove the final hinge bolt while having an assistant hold the rear compartment lid hinge (1).
NOTE:
Removing any 2 of the 3 bolts will prevent the rear compartment hinge from dropping into the rear compartment and causing damage.
