Installation Procedure

    Engine Radiator (1) - Install

    Fasten the engine radiator to the engine radiator detents (1).

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Radiator Upper Bracket Bolt (3) - Install and tighten 6 N.m (53 lb in)

  4. Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose (2) - Install
  5. Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Retainer (1) - Engage

    Radiator Air Side Baffle - Right Side (1) - Install

    Radiator Air Side Baffle Retainer (1) - Install

    Radiator Air Side Baffle Retainer (1) - Install [2x]

    Auxiliary Radiator Outlet Hose Retainer (1) - Engage

  11. Auxiliary Radiator Outlet Hose (2) - Install

    Radiator Air Side Baffle Retainer (1) - Install [2x]

    Radiator Upper Bracket- Right Side (3) - Install

    14. NOTE:

    Refer to the procedure link for torque specification.

  14. Radiator Upper Bracket Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] - Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement - Right Side (LGY, LSY) 
  15. Wiring Harness Retainer (1) - Install

    Intake Air Duct (1) - Install

    Radiator Air Front Upper Baffle- Right Side (1) - Install

    Radiator Air Front Lower Baffle Retainer (2) - Install [2x]

    Radiator Upper Bracket- Left Side (2) - Install

    22. NOTE:

    Refer to the procedure link for torque specification.

  22. Radiator Upper Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement - Left Side (LGY, LSY)

    Auxiliary Intake Air Duct (1) - Install

    Radiator Air Front Upper Baffle- Left Side (1) - Install

    Radiator Air Front Lower Baffle Retainer (2) - Install [2x]

    Install the hood primary and secondary latch (2) and connect the electrical connector.

    30. NOTE:

    Refer to the procedure link for torque specification.

  30. Hood Primary and Secondary Latch Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Hood Primary and Secondary Latch Replacement

    Radiator Air Upper Baffle (1) - Install

    Radiator Air Upper Baffle Retainer (1) - Install [2x]

    Radiator Air Lower Baffle (2) - Install

  34. Radiator Air Lower Baffle Retainer (1) - Install [6x]

    Front Bumper Fascia (1) - Install - Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (without Blackwing) , or Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (with Blackwing)

    Front Compartment Front Sight Shield (2) - Install

  37. Front Compartment Front Sight Shield Retainer (1) - Install [13x]
  38. Fill the charge air cooling system. Charge Air Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY) 
  39. Inspect for coolant leaks.
