Installation Procedure

    Air Conditioning Condenser (1) - Install

    Air Conditioning Sealing Washer (4) - Install NEW [2x]

  3. Air Conditioning Refrigerant Heat Exchanger (3) - Install
  4. Air Conditioning Compressor Hose (2) - Install
    5. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    NOTE:

    Refer to the procedure link for torque specification.

  5. Air Conditioning Condenser Hose Nut (1) - Install and tighten - Air Conditioning Refrigerant Heat Exchanger Replacement (LGY)

    Mount the condenser onto the engine radiator latching detents (1).

    Air Conditioning Condenser Tube Bolt (1) - Install and tighten to 6 N.m (53 lb in)

    Engine Radiator (1) - Install

    Fasten the engine radiator to the engine radiator detents (1).

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Radiator Upper Bracket Bolt (3) - Install and tighten - Radiator Replacement (LGY Intercooler Heat Exchanger)

  11. Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose (2) - Install
  12. Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Retainer (1) - Engage

    Radiator Air Side Baffle - Right Side (1) - Install

    Radiator Air Side Baffle Retainer (1) - Install

    Radiator Air Side Baffle - Left Side (1) - Install

    Auxiliary Radiator Outlet Hose Retainer (1) - Engage

    Radiator Air Side Baffle Retainer (1) - Install [2x]

    Radiator Upper Bracket - Right Side (3) - Install

    21. NOTE:

    Refer to the procedure link for torque specification.

  21. Radiator Upper Bracket Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] - Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement - Right Side (LGY, LSY)
  22. Wiring Harness Retainer (1) - Install

    Intake Air Duct (1) - Install

    Radiator Air Front Upper Baffle - Right Side (1) - Install

    Radiator Air Front Lower Baffle Retainer (2) - Install [2x]

    Radiator Upper Bracket - Left Side (2) - Install

    29. NOTE:

  29. Radiator Upper Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement - Left Side (LGY, LSY)

    Radiator Air Front Lower Baffle Retainer (2) - Install [2x]

    Install the hood primary and secondary latch (2) and connect the electrical connector.

    38. NOTE:

    Refer to the procedure link for torque specification.

  38. Hood Primary and Secondary Latch Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Hood Primary and Secondary Latch Replacement

    Front Bumper Fascia (1) - Install - Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (without Blackwing)

    Front Compartment Front Sight Shield (2) - Install

  45. Front Compartment Front Sight Shield Retainer (1) - Install [13x]
  46. Fill the charge air cooling system. Charge Air Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY)
  47. Recharge the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging 
  48. Inspect for coolant leaks.
  49. Inspect for refrigerant leaks.
