Installation Procedure

With the aid of an assistant, carefully install the sunroof housing (1).

With the aid of an assistant, install and hand tighten the side 2 centermost sunroof module bolts (1).

Sunroof Module Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [6x] - Fastener Specifications
Sunroof Module Bolt (2) - Tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
Connect the electrical connectors.

Connect the sunroof housing rear drain hoses (1) to the rear sunroof housing drain gutters.

Connect the sunroof housing front drain hoses (1) to the front sunroof housing drain gutters.

Install the headlining trim panel (1).
Place the driver seat in the fully upright position.
Passenger Seat - Install - Front Seat Removal and Installation , or Front Seat Removal and Installation (Blackwing)

Sunroof Window (2) - Install
Sunroof Window Bolt (1) - Install and hand tighten [4x]
Ensure the proper sunroof window height and opening fit. Sunroof Window Height and Opening Fit Adjustment

Sunroof Air Deflector Cover- Right Side (1) - Install

Quarter Window Trim Finish Panel Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

Connect the electrical connector.
Install the retainer that attaches the sunshade to the headliner.
Sunshade (3) - Install [2x]

Sunshade Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications

Install the windshield multifunction sensor mount bracket cover (1) ensuring the retaining tabs are fully seated.

Connect the electrical connector.
Install the roof console (1) and front roof console tab into the headliner.

Push up both sides of the roof console (1) along the retaining clips to install.

Sunshade Support (2) - Install [2x]
Sunshade Support Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

Connect the electrical connector.
Windshield Garnish Molding Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
Align the retainer clips with the slots in the A pillar and press the windshield garnish molding (1) into place.
Windshield Garnish Molding (1) - Install [2x]
Water test and inspect sunroof for proper operation.
Close the sunroof sunshade.
Enable the SIR System. SIR Disabling and Enabling
Perform the necessary initialization procedure. Sunroof/Sunshade Motor Initialization
