Installation Procedure

Radiator Air Side Baffle - Right Side (1) - Install
Radiator Air Side Baffle Retainer (1) - Install
NOTE:
Some components not shown for graphic clarity.

Radiator Air Side Baffle Retainer (1) - Install [2x]
Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Bracket- Right Side - Install
Intake Air Duct (1) - Install
Radiator Air Side Upper Baffle - Right Side (1) - Install
Radiator Air Side Upper Baffle Retainer (2) - Install [2x]
Radiator Air Side Upper Baffle Retainer (1) - Install [2x]
Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose (2) @ Engine Radiator - Install
Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Retainer (1) - Engage
Position the forward lamp wiring harness (2) into position.
Wiring Harness Retainer (3) @ Front End Sheet Metal Cross Brace Bracket - Install
Electrical Connector (1) @ Engine Cooler Fan - Connect
Radiator Upper Bracket (3) - Install

CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Radiator Upper Bracket Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
Wiring Harness Retainer (1) - Install
Front Bumper Fascia (1) - Install - Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation (without Blackwing) , or Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation (with Blackwing) , or Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation (with Blackwing CFV, CFZ)
NOTE:
Left side shown, right side similar.

Front Bumper Fascia Lower Reinforcement- Right Side (2) - Install
Front Bumper Fascia Air Deflector Bolt- Right Side (1) - Install and tighten [6x] - Fastener Specifications
NOTE:
Left side shown, right side similar.

Front Bumper Fascia Air Deflector Bolt- Right Side (3) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications
Front Bumper Fascia Lower Stiffener Bolt- Right Side (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
Front Bumper Fascia Bolt- Right Side (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications [6x]
Lower the vehicle.
Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (LF4 Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LF4 GE 47716)
