Installation Procedure

Install the engine auxiliary radiator (2) to the charge air cooler bracket (3).
Charge Air Cooler Bracket- Upper (1) - Install
CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution

Charge Air Cooler Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
Charge Air Cooler Upper Bracket Nut (2) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
Charge Air Cooler Upper Insulator (3) - Install [2x]
Install the engine auxiliary radiator assembly (1) to the vehicle.
Charge Air Cooler Bracket Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications
Charge Air Cooler Upper Bracket Nut (1) - Tighten - Fastener Specifications
Install the radiator outlet hose retainer (1) into the radiator outlet hose connector.
Install the auxiliary radiator outlet pipe (2) to the engine auxiliary radiator ensuring that the radiator outlet hose retainer (1) is fully engaged.
Radiator Outlet Hose Clip (3) - Install
Install the retainer clip (1) into the radiator inlet hose connector.
Install the radiator inlet hose (2) to the engine auxiliary radiator ensuring that the retainer clip (1) is fully engaged.
Auxiliary Radiator Front Duct (1) - Install
Front Bumper Impact Bar (2) - Install
Front Bumper Impact Bar Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [8x] - Fastener Specifications
Install the wiring harness.
Horn (2) - Install [2x]
Horn Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
Front End Sheet Metal Cross Brace (2) - Install [2x]
Front End Sheet Metal Cross Brace Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications
Intake Air Duct Retainer (1) - Install [2x]
Radiator Air Lower Seal Retainer (2) - Install [2x]
Radiator Air Lower Baffle Retainer (3) - Install [2x]
NOTE:
The front bumper fascia support brace (2) may have a forward range radar sensor attached, if equipped.

Front Bumper Fascia Support Brace (2) - Install
Front Bumper Fascia Support Brace Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications
Connect the electrical connector to the forward range radar sensor, if equipped.
Auxiliary Radiator Duct Retainer (1) - Install [2x]
Auxiliary Radiator Duct Retainer (1) - Install [3x]
Install the front bumper fascia. Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation (without Blackwing) , or Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation (with Blackwing) , or Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation (with Blackwing CFV, CFZ)
Auxiliary Radiator Rear Duct (1) - Install
Auxiliary Radiator Duct Retainer (1) - Install [3x]
Front Wheelhouse Liner (3) - Move into position
Front Wheelhouse Liner Retainer (2) - Install
Front Wheelhouse Liner Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [6x] - Fastener Specifications
Front Bumper Fascia Air Deflector Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications
Front Bumper Fascia Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
NOTE:
Quantity of fasteners may vary based on option content.

Engine Front Splash Shield (3) - Install
Engine Front Splash Shield Retainer (2) - Install [2x]
Engine Front Splash Shield Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [5x] - Fastener Specifications
Install the left front tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation
NOTE:
Quantity of fasteners may vary based on option content.

Front Tire Front Air Deflector (2) - Install
Front Tire Front Air Deflector Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications
Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (L3B Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (L3B GE 47716)
Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
