Installation Procedure

  1. GM5482558

    Auxiliary Radiator Rear Duct- Left Side (1) - Install

  2. GM5482555

    Auxiliary Radiator Duct Retainer- Left Side (1) - Install [3x]

  3. GM5875528

    Front Wheelhouse Liner- Left Side (3) - Move into position

  4. Front Wheelhouse Liner Retainer- Left Side (2) - Install
  5. Front Wheelhouse Liner Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications

    NOTE:
    • Quantity of fasteners may vary based on option content.
    • Some components not shown for graphic clarity.

    Engine Front Splash Shield- Left Side (3) - Install

  7. Engine Front Splash Shield Bolt- Left Side (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications
  8. Engine Front Splash Shield Retainer- Left Side (2) - Install
  9. Install the left front tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation

    Front Bumper Fascia Air Deflector- Outer (2) - Install

  11. Front Bumper Fascia Air Deflector Bolt- Left Side (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications

    Front Bumper Fascia Lower Reinforcement- Left Side (2) - Install

  13. Front Bumper Fascia Air Deflector Bolt- Left Side (1) - Install and tighten [6x] - Fastener Specifications
  14. GM5873162

    Front Bumper Fascia Air Deflector Bolt- Left Side (3) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications

  15. Front Bumper Fascia Lower Stiffener Bolt- Left Side (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
  16. Front Bumper Fascia Bolt- Left Side (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications [6x]
  17. Lower the vehicle.
