Installation Procedure

  1. GM5482558

    Auxiliary Radiator Rear Duct (1) - Install

  2. GM5482555

    Auxiliary Radiator Duct Retainer (1) - Install [3x]

  3. GM5482553

    Front Wheelhouse Liner (3) - Move into position

  4. Front Wheelhouse Liner Retainer (2) - Install
    5. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution

  5. Front Wheelhouse Liner Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [6x] - Fastener Specifications
  6. GM5422163

    Front Bumper Fascia Air Deflector Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications

  7. Front Bumper Fascia Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
  8. GM5439107
    NOTE:

    Quantity of fasteners may vary based on option content.

    Engine Front Splash Shield (2) - Install

  9. Engine Front Splash Shield Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [5x] - Fastener Specifications
  10. Engine Front Splash Shield Retainer (3) - Install [2x]

    NOTE:

    Quantity of fasteners may vary based on option content.

    Front Tire Front Air Deflector (2) - Install

  12. Front Tire Front Air Deflector Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications
  13. Install the left front tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation
