Installation Procedure

  1. GM5454437

    Auxiliary Radiator Front Duct (1) - Install

  2. GM5873051

    Front Bumper Impact Bar (2) - Install

  3. Front Bumper Impact Bar Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [8x] - Fastener Specifications
  4. Install the wiring harness.

    NOTE:

    Left side shown, right side similar.

    Horn- Left Side and Right Side (2) - Install [2x]

  6. Horn Bolt- Left Side and Right Side (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Bracket Bolt- Left Side and Right Side (2) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

  8. Auxiliary Radiator Front Inlet Duct- Left Side and Right Side (1) - Install [2x]
  9. GM5420756

    { If equipped } Forward Range Radar Bracket (2) - Install

  10. { If equipped } Forward Range Radar Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications
  11. { If equipped } Connect the electrical connector.

    Auxiliary Radiator Duct Retainer- Right Side (1) - Install [2x]

    Auxiliary Radiator Duct Retainer- Right Side (1) - Install [3x]

    Front Bumper Fascia (1) - Install - Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation (without Blackwing) , or Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation (with Blackwing) , or Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation (with Blackwing CFV, CFZ)

    Auxiliary Radiator Rear Duct- Right Side (1) - Install

    Auxiliary Radiator Duct Retainer- Right Side (1) - Install [3x]

    Front Wheelhouse Liner- Right Side (3) - Move into position

  18. Front Wheelhouse Liner Retainer- Right Side (2) - Install
  19. Front Wheelhouse Liner Bolt- Right Side (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications

    • Quantity of fasteners may vary based on option content.
    • Some components not shown for graphic clarity.

    Engine Front Splash Shield- Right Side (3) - Install

  21. Engine Front Splash Shield Bolt- Right Side (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications
  22. Engine Front Splash Shield Retainer- Right Side (2) - Install
  23. Install the right front tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation

    Front Bumper Fascia Air Deflector- Outer (2) - Install

  25. Front Bumper Fascia Air Deflector Bolt- Right Side (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications

    Front Bumper Fascia Lower Reinforcement- Right Side (2) - Install

  27. Front Bumper Fascia Air Deflector Bolt- Right Side (1) - Install and tighten [6x] - Fastener Specifications

    Front Bumper Fascia Air Deflector Bolt- Right Side (3) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications

  29. Front Bumper Fascia Lower Stiffener Bolt- Right Side (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
  30. Front Bumper Fascia Bolt- Right Side (1) - Install and tighten [6x] - Fastener Specifications
  31. Lower the vehicle.
