Installation Procedure

  1. GM5481345

    Auxiliary Radiator Front Duct (1) - Install

  2. GM5412380

    Front Bumper Impact Bar (2) - Install

  3. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  4. Front Bumper Impact Bar Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [8x] - Fastener Specifications
  5. Install the wiring harness.

    Horn (2) - Install [2x]

  7. Horn Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Front End Sheet Metal Cross Brace (2) - Install [2x]

  9. Front End Sheet Metal Cross Brace Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications

    Intake Air Duct Retainer (1) - Install [2x]

  11. Radiator Air Lower Seal Retainer (2) - Install [2x]
  12. Radiator Air Lower Baffle Retainer (3) - Install [2x]

    NOTE:

    The front bumper fascia support brace (2) may have a forward range radar sensor attached, if equipped.

    Front Bumper Fascia Support Brace (2) - Install

  14. Front Bumper Fascia Support Brace Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications
  15. Connect the electrical connector to the forward range radar sensor, if equipped.

    Auxiliary Radiator Duct Retainer (1) - Install [2x]

  17. GM5481342

    Auxiliary Radiator Duct Retainer (1) - Install [3x]

  18. Install the front bumper fascia. Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation (without Blackwing) , or Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation (with Blackwing) , or Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation (with Blackwing CFV, CFZ)
