Installation Procedure

    Brake Pipe (1) - Install

    Brake Hose Retainer (2) - Secure

  3. Remove the cap from the brake hose inlet fitting.
    4. CAUTION:

    Fastener Caution

  4. Brake Pipe Fitting (1) - Install and tighten 19 N.m (14 lb ft)

    Brake Pipe Retainer (1) - Secure

  6. Lower the vehicle.

    Remove the plug from the brake union (2).

  8. Using a suitable tool, hold the brake union (2) stationary to prevent damage to the brake pipe.
  9. Brake Pipe Fitting (1) - Install and tighten 19 N.m (14 lb ft)
  10. Brake Pipe Retainer (1) - Secure
  11. Engine Wiring Harness Fuse Block Bracket - Install - Engine Wiring Harness Fuse Block Bracket Replacement (LGX)Engine Wiring Harness Fuse Block Bracket Replacement (LTA-Driver Side)Engine Wiring Harness Fuse Block Bracket Replacement (LTA-Passenger Side)
  12. Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
  13. Bleed the brake system. Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Manual with LGX) Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Pressure with LGX) Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Pressure with LTA) 
  14. Check for leaks.
  15. Install the tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation
  16. Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
