Removal Procedure
- Disconnect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
- Air Inlet Grille Panel - Remove - Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement
Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Secondary Brake Pipe Fitting (1) - Disconnect [4x]
- Plug the master cylinder outlet ports to prevent brake fluid loss and contamination.
- Without separating the engine from the transmission, remove the powertrain. - Refer to: Engine Replacement
Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Brake Pipe Fitting (1) - Disconnect [4x]
- Plug the brake pipes to prevent brake fluid loss and contamination.
Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Pipe Pass Through Grommet (1) - Release
- Retainer (2) - Release
- Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Pipe (3) - Remove
