Removal Procedure

WARNING:

Brake Fluid Irritant Warning

CAUTION:

Brake Fluid Effects on Paint and Electrical Components Caution

  1. Place the ignition switch in the OFF position.
  2. Air Inlet Grille Panel - Remove - Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement
  3. Remove and properly dispose of the brake fluid in the master cylinder reservoir.
  4. Brake Fluid Level Indicator Switch Electrical Connector - Disconnect
  5. Power Brake Booster Vacuum SensorElectrical Connector - Disconnect

    Brake Master Cylinder Reservoir Bolt (1) - Remove

    Master Cylinder Reservoir (1) - Remove

    Master Cylinder Reservoir Seal (1) - remove [2x]
