Preliminary Procedure  Remove both rear seats. Rear Seat Removal and Installation
1	Rear Seat Back Center Panel Fastener [4x] CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Procedure  Raise the armrest to remove the two inner fasteners. Tighten  2.5 N.m (22 lb in)
2	Rear Seat Back Center Panel Procedure  Release the armrest trim from the rear seat back center panel.
