Air Distributor Duct Replacement - Right Side

Call out Component Name

Preliminary Procedures

  1. Remove the right side window defogger outlet duct. Refer to Side Window Defogger Outlet Duct Replacement - Right Side .
  2. Remove the air distributor center duct bolt only. Refer to Air Distributor Center Duct Replacement .
1 Right Side Air Distributor Duct Bolt
CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .


Tighten 
2.5 N.m (2 lb ft)
2 Right Side Air Distributor Duct Fastener
3 Air Distributor Duct - Right Side

Procedures

  1. Reposition the air distributor center air duct to provide clearance to remove the right side air distributor duct.
  2. Disconnect the right upper air duct temperature sensor electrical connector.
  3. Transfer the right upper air duct temperature sensor.
