Air Distributor Duct Replacement - Left Side

Call out Component Name

Preliminary Procedures

  1. Remove the left side window defogger outlet duct. Refer to Side Window Defogger Outlet Duct Replacement - Left Side .
  2. Reposition the instrument panel wiring harness left side fuse block out of the way.
  3. Remove the air distributor center duct bolt only. Refer to Air Distributor Center Duct Replacement .
1 Left Side Air Distributor Duct Bolt (Qty: 2)
CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .


Tighten 
2.5 N.m (2 lb ft)
2 Air Distributor Duct - Left Side

Procedures

  1. Reposition the air distributor center air duct to provide clearance to remove the left side air distributor duct.
  2. Separate the inner and outer air distributor ducts.
  3. Remove the inner air distributor duct.
  4. Disconnect the left upper air duct temperature sensor electrical connector.
  5. Maneuver the outer air distributor duct out from the vehicle.
  6. Transfer the left upper air duct temperature sensor.
