Installation Procedure

    Power Brake Booster Pump Insulator (1) [2x] - Install

    Power Brake Booster Pump Spacer (1) [2x] - Install

    Power Brake Booster Pump Bracket (1) - Install

    Power Brake Booster Pump Bolt (1) [2x] - Install

  5. Power Brake Booster Pump Nut (2) [2x] - Install
    6. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  6. Power Brake Booster Pump Bolt - Tighten to 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
  7. Power Brake Booster Pump - Install

    NOTE:

    Do not tighten the bolt until instructed.

    Power Brake Booster Pump M12 Bolt (1) - Install

    NOTE:

    Do not tighten the bolt until instructed.

    Power Brake Booster Pump M6 Bolt (1) - Install

  10. Power Brake Booster Pump M6 Bolt - Tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb in)
  11. Power Brake Booster Pump M12 Bolt - Tighten to 70 N.m (52 lb ft)

    Power Brake Booster Vacuum Hose Quick Connect (1) @ Vacuum Pump - Connect

  13. Vacuum Hose (2) @ Engine Mount - Connect
  14. Connect the power brake booster pump electrical connector.
  15. Air Cleaner Outlet Front Duct Replacement (LF4) - Install
  16. Intake Manifold Cover Replacement (LF4) , or Intake Manifold Cover Replacement (LGX) - Install
