Installation Procedure
- If replacing fuel feed hose with a new hose install the fuel pressure sensor with a NEW O-Ring. Fuel Pressure Sensor Replacement - Fuel Feed Pipe (FWD) Fuel Pressure Sensor Replacement - Fuel Feed Pipe (AWD)
Install the fuel feed hose (1) to the vehicle.
- Install the fuel feed hose (1) to the retainers.
- Connect fuel pressure sensor electrical connector.
- Connect the fuel feed hose (1) to the fuel feed pipe. Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
- If equipped, install the right rear underbody air deflector. Underbody Rear Air Deflector Replacement - Right Side (AWD)
- If equipped, Install the right front underbody air deflector. Underbody Front Air Deflector Replacement - Right Side
- Install the drivetrain and front suspension frame. Drivetrain and Front Suspension Frame Replacement
- Lower the vehicle.
Connect the fuel feed hose (1) to the fuel rail. Metal Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
- Clip the fuel feed hose to the retainers.
- Install the intake manifold cover. Intake Manifold Cover Replacement (LFX)
- Cycle the ignition on to run the fuel pump and check for fuel leaks.
