Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the intake manifold cover. Intake Manifold Cover Replacement (LFX)

    Disconnect the EVAP emission front pipe (1) from the EVAP purge solenoid valve. Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 

  3. Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
  4. Remove the right front underbody air deflector. Underbody Front Air Deflector Replacement - Right Side
  5. Remove the right rear underbody air deflector. Underbody Rear Air Deflector Replacement - Right Side (AWD)

    Disconnect the EVAP emission front pipe (1) from the EVAP emission canister purge pipe. Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 

  7. Remove the EVAP emission front pipe (1) from the retainers (2).
  8. Remove the EVAP emission front pipe (1) from the vehicle.
