Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the air cleaner outlet rear duct. Air Cleaner Outlet Rear Duct Replacement (LF3)

    Disconnect the EVAP emission front pipe (1) from the EVAP purge solenoid valve. Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 

  3. Remove the EVAP emission front pipe (1) from the retainer (2).
  4. Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
  5. Remove the drivetrain and front suspension frame. Drivetrain and Front Suspension Frame Replacement
  6. Remove the air condition evaporator thermal expansion valve heat and brake pipe shield. Air Conditioning Evaporator Thermal Expansion Valve Heat and Brake Pipe Shield Replacement (LF3)

    Remove the EVAP emission front pipe (1) from the retainers (2).

  8. Remove the right front underbody air deflector. Underbody Front Air Deflector Replacement - Right Side
  9. Remove the right rear underbody air deflector. Underbody Rear Air Deflector Replacement - Right Side (AWD)

    Disconnect the EVAP emission front pipe (1) from the EVAP emission canister purge pipe. Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 

  11. Remove the EVAP emission front pipe (1) from the retainers (2).
  12. Remove the EVAP emission front pipe (1) from the vehicle.
