Installation Procedure

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  1. Front Fender (3) - Install
  2. Headlamp Bolt (2) - Install and tighten 2.5 N.m (22 lb in)
  3. Front Fender Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] 9 N.m (80 lb in)
  4. GM4784654

    Front Fender Bolt (3) - Install and tighten [3x] 9 N.m (80 lb in)

  5. Front Fender Nut (2) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
  6. Headlamp Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 2.5 N.m (22 lb in)

    Front Fender Upper Rear Molding (1) - Install - Front Fender Upper Rear Molding Replacement

  8. GM4784343

    Front Bumper Fascia (1) - Install - Front Bumper Fascia Replacement

  9. GM4784340

    Install both front wheelhouse liners (1). Front Wheelhouse Front Liner Replacement

    Rocker Panel Molding (1) - Install - Rocker Panel Molding Replacement

    Air Inlet Grille Panel (1) - Install - Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement

    Front Compartment Side Sight Shield (2) - Install - Front Compartment Side Sight Shield Replacement 

  13. GM4783422

    Front Compartment Front Sight Shield (3) - Install - Front Compartment Front Sight Shield Replacement
