Callout Component Name
1 Water Pump Outlet Gasket
NOTE:

Install a NEW Gasket.
2 Water Pump Outlet Assembly (with Thermostat)
3 Water Pump Outlet Bolts
CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Procedure

  1. Install and hand tighten all three bolts.
  2. Tighten bolts to final torque.

Tighten 
10 N.m (88 lb in)
4 Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor
Tighten 
20 N.m (15 lb ft)
5 Water Pump Assembly Gasket
NOTE:

Install a NEW Gasket.
6 Water Pump Assembly
7 Water Pump Assembly Bolts
Tighten 
10 N.m (88 lb in)
