1	Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose Clamp Procedure Disengage tension on the radiator surge tank inlet hose clamps using BO-38185 hose clamp pliers and remove the radiator surge tank inlet hose and clamps. Special Tools BO-38185 Hose Clamp Pliers For equivalent regional tools, refer to Special Tools .
2	Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose Procedures Fill the engine cooling system to the proper level. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill L96) Cooling System Draining and Filling (Vac N Fill L96) Inspect the cooling system for leaks. Cooling System Leak Testing (L96) Install the air cleaner assembly. Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement

Procedure
