Preliminary Procedure

Remove the front floor console front ashtray. Refer to Front Floor Console Front Ashtray Replacement .
Remove the left side front floor console extension panel. Refer to Front Floor Console Extension Panel Replacement - Left Side

Instrument Panel Trim Panel - Center

Procedure

Use a flat bladed plastic trim tool in order to release the retainers securing the trim panel to the instrument panel assembly.
Disconnect the electrical connections.
When installing, first align the tab on the inner side of the panel near the bottom and then secure the retainers to the instrument panel assembly.
