Preliminary Procedure Remove the drivers knee bolster panel. Refer to Driver Knee Bolster Panel Replacement .
1	Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Retainers (Qty: 4)
2	Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Assembly Procedure Disconnect the electrical connections. When replacing the instrument panel insulator panel, transfer all necessary components.
