Headlamp Washer Nozzle Replacement

Headlamp Washer Nozzle Replacement

Callout Component Name
Preliminary Procedure 
Remove the front bumper upper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Upper Fascia Replacement
1 Headlamp Washer Nozzle Hole Cover

Procedure

  1. Pull and hold the nozzle shaft in the outward position.
  2. Use a suitable small flat-bladed tool to release the nozzle hole cover from the nozzle shaft.
2 Headlamp Washer Hose Assembly
3 Headlamp Washer Nozzle Screw (Qty: 3)
CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .


Tighten 
2.5 N.m (22 lb in)
4 Headlamp Washer Nozzle Assembly
TIP:  Ensure to prime the headlamp washer system after the installation of the new nozzle assembly.
