Outer Drive Belt

Remove the radiator hose bracket bolt.
Remove the radiator hose bracket.

Insert a 1/2-inch drive extension into the drive belt tensioner.
Push down on the extension to release tension.
Remove the drive belt from the power steering pump.
Slowly return the drive belt tensioner to the original position.
