WARNING: When a hood hold open device is being removed or installed, provide alternate support to avoid the possibility of damage to the vehicle or personal injury. Preliminary Procedures Remove the hood assembly if replacing both hinges otherwise remove the upper hinge bolts only. Refer to Hood Replacement . Remove the fender bolt attached to the lower hood hinge. Refer to Front Fender Replacement .
1	Lower Hood Hinge Bolt (Qty: 2) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten: 9 N.m (80 lb in)
