Installation Procedure

  1. Install the radiator to auxiliary TOC line to the vehicle.
  2. Connect the radiator to auxiliary TOC line to the radiator. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection .
  3. Install the upper radiator support. Refer to Radiator Support Replacement .
  4. Raise the vehicle.
  5. Install the radiator to auxiliary TOC line to the auxiliary TOC.

  6. Connect the radiator to auxiliary TOC line to the auxiliary TOC. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection .
  7. Install the wheelhouse panel. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement .
  8. Lower the vehicle.
  9. Fill the transmission fluid. Refer to Transmission Fluid Fill Procedure .
