Installation Procedure

    Fig 1: Identifying Auxiliary TOC Retaining Bolts

    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  1. Install the auxiliary TOC to the vehicle.

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

  2. Install the auxiliary TOC retaining bolts.

  3. Install the radiator to TOC line to the auxiliary TOC.
  4. Connect the radiator to TOC line to the auxiliary TOC. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection .

  5. Install the lower TOC line to the auxiliary TOC.
  6. Connect the lower TOC line to the auxiliary TOC. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection .
  7. Install the wheelhouse panel. Refer to Wheelhouse Panel Replacement - Left Side .
  8. Lower the vehicle.
  9. Fill the transmission fluid. Refer to Transmission Fluid Fill Procedure .
