Preliminary Procedures Remove front fascia upper support bracket. Refer to Front Upper Fascia Support Bracket Replacement Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle . Remove the engine shield. Refer to Engine Shield Replacement . Remove the oil pan slid plate. Refer to Oil Pan Skid Plate Replacement (2500/3500 with RPO NZZ) or Oil Pan Skid Plate Replacement (1500 with RPO NZZ) .
1	Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Bolt NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice . Tighten: 22 N.m (16 lb in)
2	Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Bracket
3	Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Push Retainer
4	Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Push Retainer.
5	Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Assembly Procedure Disconnect the transmission lines from the radiator. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection . Note the routing of the transmission line to ensure proper installation. Inspect the transmission fluid level. Refer to Transmission Fluid Check .
