Preliminary Procedures

Remove the 2 front seats. Refer to Front Seat Replacement - Bucket (without HP2) or Front Seat Replacement - Bucket (with HP2) .
Remove the right and left front floor console trim panels. Refer to Front Floor Console Side Trim Panel Replacement - Right Side (Except Cadillac) and Front Floor Console Side Trim Panel Replacement - Left Side (Except Cadillac) .
Remove the front floor console bezel. Refer to Floor Console Bezel Replacement (Except Cadillac) .
Disconnect the electrical connectors to the console assembly.

Tip:

With the aid of an assistant, remove the console from the vehicle.
When replacing the console assembly, transfer all the necessary components.
