Preliminary Procedure    Remove the rear side door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
1	Rear Side Outside Door Handle Bolt Access Plug   Tip Use a plastic flat-bladed tool to remove the plug, located on the inside upper door jamb area.
2	Rear Side Door Outside Handle Cap Bolt   Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.   Tighten  9 N.m (80 lb in)

4	Rear Side Door Outside Handle   Procedure    1. Release the clip at the base of the door lock. 2. Release the handle rod from the lock. 3. Disengage the housing release rod from the outside handle. 4. Disconnect electrical connector. 5. Pull the outside handle forward to release it from the inside handle housing.
5	Rear Side Door Outside Handle Cap Gasket   Procedure    Ensure that the handle gasket stays in place when installing handle.
