Piston Cleaning Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
    IMPORTANT: DO NOT wire brush any part of the piston.
  1. Clean the piston and piston pin with solvent.
    2. CAUTION: Refer to Safety Glasses Caution in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Clean the piston ring grooves with a groove cleaner. Ensure the oil ring holes and slots are clean.
  3. Dry the piston and piston pin with compressed air.
