Removal Procedure

Place the ignition switch in the OFF position.
Without disconnecting the hoses, remove and position aside the radiator surge tank. Radiator Surge Tank Replacement

Do NOT remove the power brake booster bolts.

Power Brake Booster Bolt(1) - Loosen[2x]

Brake Pedal Position Sensor(1) - Remove - Brake Pedal Position Sensor Replacement
Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor Electrical Connector - Disconnect
With the aid of an assistant, hold the power brake booster away from the dash panel.

Brake Pedal Retainer (1) Release

NOTE:

Pull the brake pedal rearward.

Brake Pedal(2) - Release
Completely loosen the 2 power brake booster bolts.

Reposition the brake and accelerator pedal assembly and release the wire harness retainer.
