Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the rear wheelhouse liner. Refer to Rear Wheelhouse Liner Replacement .
    2. Fig 1: Fuel Tank Filler Pipe And Bolt

  2. Remove the fuel tank filler pipe bolt (1) from the fuel tank filler pipe (2).
  3. Remove the underbody rear air deflector right side. Refer to Underbody Rear Air Deflector Replacement - Right Side .

  4. Remove the fuel tank filler pipe bolt (1) from the fuel tank filler pipe (3).
  5. Remove the fuel tank filler pipe hose clamp (2).
  6. Disconnect the fuel tank filler pipe hose (4) from the fuel pipe. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
