Preliminary Procedures

  1. Remove Intake Manifold Cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement (LCV)
  2. Remove Intake Air Duct Resonator. Refer to Intake Air Duct Resonator Replacement (LCV) 
1 Camshaft Position Actuator Exhaust Solenoid Valve Fastener
CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .


Tighten 
10 N.m (89 lb in)
2 Camshaft Position Actuator Exhaust Solenoid Valve

Procedure

  1. Disconnect the electrical connector.
  2. If NOT replacing the component, install a NEW seal.
