Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the camshaft cover. Refer to Camshaft Cover Replacement .
  2. Remove the dash upper extension panel opening cover. Refer to Dash Upper Extension Panel Opening Cover Replacement .

  3. Remove the timing chain tensioner (1) and the timing chain tensioner seal ring (2).
